Negative: Der Tür-Code war falsch. Sowohl für die Haus- als auch die Appartementtür. Es war niemand telefonisch erreichbar. In dringenden Fällen sollte man eine Email schreiben. Die Mail blieb unbeantwortet. Das Haus ist verdreckt, Briefkästen halb herausgerissen. Der Müll steht diriekt neben dem Eingang. Das Zimmer roch nach Schimmel. Vor allem im Bad. Die Möbel sind vergammelt. Alles in Allem hatte es den "Charme" einer Notunterkunft.

Positive: Nice apartment Negative: Very good apartment

Für weniger Geld und einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz ok. Negative: Das Bad ist sehr klein, bzw. das Waschbecken winzig. Die Lüftung im Bad konnte man nicht ausschalten. Über Sicherung versucht, aber dann hatte man natürlich auch kein Licht im Bad. Die Lüftungsgeräusche waren nervig und auch nicht schlafförderlich.

Ingrozitor. Positive: Nimic, probabil doar faptul ca era la parter si relativ aproape, la 2 statii de centru cu trenul. Negative: Totul a fost groaznic, o mizerie infernala in camera, ca nu este apartament, facilitati 0, mini bucataria era utilata cu nimic, pe pat niste asternuturi groaznice, imputite, extrem de mic si inghesuit, pe scara o galagie de nedescris, vecini care urlau, nu m am simtit deloc safe si deloc ok. Totul ingrozitor.

Positive: Very clean. Super Easy to get here. Super comfortable. Negative: There was a problem with the key exchange. The person who received the reservation didn't communicate to the person on charge for this day, that the place was booked for the day, so we didn't received a message telling us how to enter the room. We wait for over 30 minutes when we arrived, for a message. We message again. We called to phone numbers in the building (one apparently is a coffee shop in Berlin), we called the number in Booking.com. We started to look for places to spend the night in such a short notice. THANK GOD the person on charge for that day called us back. I assumed he heard our voice messages to the phone from Booking. He was extremely apologetic. Sent the information very fast and even gave us one hour more to do the checkout. But the hour we spent outside the room, completely panicking because we couldn't get in, was not pretty.
